I am a queer, cis-female therapist, holding a Masters degree in Social Work, and Registration with the BC College of Social Workers, providing, in-person and online, individual and couples therapy for adults on the traditional, unceded territory of the Sylix/Okanagan people.
Whether you are experiencing relationship challenges or changes, anxiety, depression, grief, struggles with self esteem, challenges with boundaries or communication, or are simply looking for ways to grow your capacity for joy, pleasure and self compassion, together we can examine and work towards healing the core wounds preventing you from moving forward, and enhance your ability to live a rich, meaningful, and connected life.
I approach this work with an anti-oppressive, trauma-informed and somatic focused lens, drawing on multiple therapy modalities to include mindfulness, self compassion, somatic experiencing, attachment , family systems, and emotional and relational intelligence to develop a treatment and counselling plan to meet your individual needs. I will gently hold space as we work together to identify and support the root causes of current issues by working with the nervous system, attachment system, and internal parts to move towards lasting healing with a holistic lens.
